Description
The neighborhood is ideally located next to the Marina and pool for all your boating and water activities and just a short 10-minute walk to the sandy beach. Our house is positioned on the expansive meadow for picnics and play right outside your door. There are trails and abundant open space right outside your doorstep. And downtown is just a short car or golf cart ride away. New Construction completed in the Fall of 2022. Our home is well suited for families and includes plenty of baby and toddler gear. This is a new rental for 2023.
